John Zelenak, president and CEO of Aspen Construction has been building homes in
Middle Tennessee for over 20 years and has won multiple awards doing so. More than a
dozen years ago, John broke away from larger home building companies to focus on
quality custom homes and started his company, Aspen Construction. John first created his
niche with high-end builds in Brentwood. Aspen’s success in Williamson County quickly
caught the attention of buyers and developers alike, and he expanded his business to
include historic designs in the Belmont/12 South,
Edgehill, East Nashville, Hillsboro Village and Sylvan Park neighborhoods in Davidson
County.
