The latest ideas in luxury home design, including a private bourbon bar with a hidden door to a secret gun safe, double kitchens and elevators will be on display during this year’s Parade of Homes.

The six homes open for public tours feature floor plans designed for entertaining as well as family time together while also guaranteeing privacy. The smallest of the homes has 6,914 square feet of living space. The largest has 12,102 square feet. All of the houses are valued at more than $2 million.

This year’s Parade is being held Oct. 7-22 in the new Witherspoon subdivision off Crockett Road in Brentwood. The Parade is presented annually by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee. Ticket sales for the 2017 Parade benefit the Williamson County Animal Center.
